Payment

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and several local payment options. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Ordering

How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive an email confirmation from us confirming receipt of your order.
If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam folder and if it’s not there please email us directly at  support@airpophealth.com

How long will it take to ship my order ?
Our warehouse will process your order as fast as possible. We will send your order on the following business day, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation once your parcel has left our warehouse. 

Can I adjust my order?
If you wish to change your order after you’ve paid for it, the best thing to do is email us straight away and we’ll attempt to intercept your order before items are packed and dispatched.

Can I cancel an order ?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us straight away. If the order has not been dispatched we should be able to cancel this and refund you. If the order has been dispatched, unfortunately it will not be possible to cancel it.

Can I return an order ?
If you have purchased an AirPop product from this on-line store then you have the right to cancel your purchase, for any reason within 30 days of your transaction and return the goods in their original sealed condition for a full refund.

This right to cancellation only applies to the return of sealed / unopened goods. Any AirPop products which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

Please contact us at support@airpophealth.com providing details of your original order number/items/delivery date and if requested a photograph of the items you wish to return.
Once your return request has been accepted you will receive instructions on where to return your products.  We must receive the returned items within fourteen (14) business days of the date your return was approved. 
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns unless you’re returning items we have sent in error.You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
We’ll refund the original cost of the items and any delivery charges using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, not later than 14 days from when we receive the returned goods / or evidence that you have sent them back.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item ?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What delivery options do you provide ?

How much does delivery cost ?
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and preferred delivery option. Within the United States of America, United Kingdom and European Union we offer free standard delivery on all orders over $40 / £40 / £40  in value.

Import duties & customs
Items shipped within the United Kingdom, European Union / EEA, United States of America are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. Non-EU countries may be subject to VAT and customs duties once the package reaches its destination. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. AirPop is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency. If you have any further questions regarding VAT and customer duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery & tracking
Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. Depending on the shipping alternative you have selected, the parcel will be delivered to your home address or to your nearest pickup point. In the confirmation email, you will find all relevant information regarding your parcel and how to track it. 
Please note that it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
